to improve telephone accessibility and enhance communication at the Vyšehradská clinic, we are introducing a new telephone switchboard system with an automated menu starting May 5, 2026.
When you call, you will have the option to select your request or record a brief message explaining what you need. If you are calling on behalf of someone else, please always provide that person’s name. Our team will process your message as soon as possible, contact you back, or handle the requested task.
This system will allow us to better organize calls, reduce wait times on the phone, and address each request more efficiently.
