Fee for non-medical services - 300.- CZK (paid by the patient) when visiting once every 6 months

OCT examination with o. o. description - 300.- CZK per eye

Contact lens prescription, trial pair, application solution, case - 650.- CZK

Plastic surgery of the eyes and eyelids:

Upper eyelid surgery - 13,000.- CZK

Lower eyelid surgery - 13,000.- CZK

Upper and lower eyelid surgery (simultaneous) - 22,000.- CZK
