Dear Clients,

we would like to inform you that, with effect from 1 January 2024, on-line 24 s.r.o. has changed the amount of the fee for administrative data processing and reception services.
The fee will be collected in a one-off payment in the amount of 800,- CZK/year. The option to pay the fee for a six-month period is hereby cancelled.
Additionally, we are introducing a cancellation fee for failure to appear for an appointment without prior excusal in the amount of 1,000 CZK . This situation occurs when a patient fails to provide a reason for missing an appointment (in person, by phone or by
e-mail ) up to 48 hours before the appointment. This obligation is stated in the Patients' Rights and Obligations. In order to improve the quality of our services, we will send out SMS notifications of your appointment with specialists.

 

Administrative fees do not apply to:

  • clients who are also paying for one of our individual care programmes
  • clients over 80 years of age
  • clients under 18 years of age
  • pensioners with a second-or third-degree disability
  • pensioners with a first-degree disability have a 50% discount and pay a fee of 400,- CZK per year
  • clients who present a certificate of material need

The administrative fee covers:

  • costs of administrative and organisational activities.
  • the making of appointments with specialists by our staff
  • in the event of an unexpected change in the doctor's surgery (e.g. illness, holiday),
    you are informed immediately and given a new appointment
  • sending examination results electronically by e-mail or post
  • making copies of the results and referral letters
  • communication with the selected doctor by phone or e-mail outside office hours
